INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Idahoan® Fresh Cut Hash Browns, rehydrated and drained
- 2 eggs, large
- 7 oz sour cream
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- Juice of one lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
- Using a waffle iron, place about 1 cup of mix onto the iron and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup, or top with a fried egg!
